Completion of a course does not guarantee employment, licensing, or certification unless specified by your state or governing body. 2. Terms of Enrollment

By enrolling in any ITCLEARN course, students agree to comply with the following terms:

• Accurate Information – Students must provide complete and truthful information during registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in dismissal without refund.

• Attendance & Participation – Active participation and timely completion of all required coursework, assignments, and assessments are necessary to successfully complete training.

• Certification Requirements – Certificates of completion are issued only to students who have successfully fulfilled all course requirements, including passing any required exams or assessments.

By proceeding with enrollment, students acknowledge and accept ITCLEARN’s Terms of Enrollment and understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the program without certification.

3. Payment Policy

To ensure fairness and consistency, ITCLEARN maintains the following payment policies for all students:

• Full Payment Required – All tuition and fees must be paid in full before students are granted course access or issued certification.

• No Refunds – ITCLEARN enforces a strict no-refund policy. Once payment is submitted, it is non-refundable regardless of course progress or completion.

• Payment Plans – If payment plans are offered, students are required to honor the agreement in full. Failure to complete payments may result in loss of course access and withholding of certification.

4. Code of Conduct

• Professionalism & Respect – Students must demonstrate respectful behavior toward instructors, staff, and fellow students at all times.

• No Disruptive Behavior – Any disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate conduct may result in immediate dismissal from the course without refund.

• Academic Integrity – Cheating, plagiarism, falsifying documents, or any form of dishonesty is strictly prohibited and may lead to termination of enrollment and denial of certification.

By enrolling in an ITCLEARN course, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal from the program.
